According to article 13 of the law regarding personal data, we inform that the processing of personal data, also sensitive data, given for supply of goods and services, with the only purpose of execution of contractual duties and of fulfilment of your specific requests, as well as the fulfilment of prescriptive duties, especially for book-keeping and taxes, besides the transmission of commercial information about our products and services, will take place at Perc™ S.r.l. sited in Varese (VA) Viale Belforte 45 whose holder is Mr. Roberto Ponti with domicile at the registered office of the Company, processing also by informatics, in the manner and with the necessary limits in order to pursue the above mentioned purposes.
Data may be communicated to companies of the Group, also abroad, to branch offices in Italy and abroad, consultants of the Group; data may be known also by persons responsible or commissioned for processing, in any case employed by our company.
Data collection is necessary in order to execute properly the contractual and pre-contractual duties, etc. and the missing indication results in the impossibility of accomplishing the fulfilment of our contractual duties in the best way, as well as the impossibility of being promptly informed about new products and services.
To persons concerned are recognised the rights according to article 7 of the mentioned Act and especially the right to have access to the own personal data, to require their modification, correction and cancellation, if not complete, wrong or collected in violation of the law, as well as the right to refuse their processing for valid reasons, by sending the request to the Responsible of Processing above mentioned at the registered and/or administrative office of the Group; the actual list of persons responsible for data processing can be applied for in written form with letter addressed to the domicile of the writing company.
